VICE LETHAL
DESTINY long shocking purple mane, amethyst eyes, athletic build, 5''5, aged 18
Skilled, determined and dangerous; Destiny is part of Lethal Vice, the organization's best of the best. Nobody knows of her origin but she distinctly remembers being used as a lab rat for Hova experiments as a child. William Templeton had found her at the tender age of ten, roaming outside of the town, Ocre. He took her in and trained her to become a part of Vice. She isn't much of a socialite but she is close to a few other than William. Though she has feelings for River she is confused as to whether she wants to acknowledge them or suppress them.
Choice of weapon: twin Browning FN HP-DA automatic pistols which she named Ebondy and Ivory

RIVER shoulder-length caramel hair, sea-green eyes, tall and lean, skull earring in right ear, 5''7, aged 19
The loner of the group. He is considered the best fighter of Lethal Vice. He used to be a Hova soldier; soldiers injected with Hova's blood in order to enhance their skills on the battlefield. He was rescued by Vice when they raided Diagon Asylum, Healex's hellhole for traitors. He was 16 years old. He explained he had been imprisoned in there for 2 years and was brutally tortured. Reason is still unknown. It's been 3 years since then and he has been working for Vice ever since. He doesn't enjoy mingling with crowds and prefers solitude, sometimes taking up missions which require lengthy trips. He harbours feelings for Destiny himself but he refuses to act on them for fear of dishonoring Bianca's, his first love, memory.
Choice of weapon: a single sword approximately the length of his body which can separate into two blades. The smaller of the two can generate electric shock waves when he turns the handle.

CHI Oriental look, slanted black eyes, bobcut poker-straight hair with a long rat tail, dresses in black, white and grey, wears a black bandanna across her forehead, pixie-like and childish appearance, 5''3, aged 16
She had been found pickpocketing Keido Lazarus while they were on a mission in BaySin. Impressed by her skills, William asked her to join Vice. Chi did not reveal much about her past save that her family had disliked her and were about to sell her as a specimen for government experimentation which was why she ran away to live on the streets by herself. She is a very hyper and bubbly character who is always optimistic about everything and acts like a child. She is the youngest inductee of Lethal Vice and is very useful when it comes to infiltrating enemy territory. But despite being immature, she is a born survivor and can handle herself will in a fight.
Choice of weapon: prefers to use her hands and feet with a dab of flexible gymnastic stunts

GEAR ragged blonde hair held back with aviator goggles, baby blue eyes, rugged beard, a drawling accent, 5''6, aged 33
A sort of mad scientist inventor, he loves thrills, inventing and above all, flying. When the government wanted to employ him to make their weapons he had declined hence they proceeded to kill him. They burned his house down but he managed to escape though his family perished. This incident drove him to join Vice and become a part of Lethal Vice along with his friend Tito. He enjoys inventing new and strange gadgets; the bigger the boom they make, the better they are. He's quite friendly and known as the calm one of the group who always enjoys a good fight. But criticize his inventions and experience hell on earth.
Choice of weapon: an aluminium staff that has multiple functions from releasing tear gas to spouting grenades

TITO brown hair braided into cornrows, grizzly bear built, rough voice, brown eyes, dark brown skin, 6''6, aged 39
Tito and Gear are old pals who joined Vice together. They both used to work in a gadget shop where Gear used to invent while Tito supplied the materials. When the government forcefully shut them down, he had turned to Vice. Tito is the strongman, the muscles of the group. He helps in smuggling goods for the organization whether they be raw materials or immigrants. He is also the humorous one, always cracking lame jokes. He and Destiny developed a bond where Tito feels like he is her big brother. They tend to crack sarcastic jokes all the time expecially in tense situations. He is constantly arguing with Chi about the most ridiculous things but he claims it's how they work as a team.

ADRIANNA MANNINGFIELD long chocolate brown hair with pink highlights tied in a ponytail, grey eyes, curvaceous built, 5''5, aged 18
Her father is one of the most important benfactors of the Hova Project. Adriana had been the typical spoilt little rich girl until one day she stumbled upon some confidential government files in her father's office. She was horrified by what she had learnt and ran away from home. She stumbled upon Vice and joined immediately, working hard to become a part of Lethal Vice. Though she hadn't undergone the sufferings her comrades had, she had finally opened her eyes to the horrors and wanted to make things right. She still has some of her habits as a rich girl but she tries to curb them. Even though she hates to admit to it but she has feelings for Keido and tries to cover it up by insulting him and ignoring his advances.
Choice of weapon:  two sais she keeps hidden in her ponytail

WILLIAM TEMPLETON short, curly black locks, crimson eyes, tends to dress in hues of red, white and black with a cape, carries a pocket watch, 6''0, aged 130
He is not only one of the leader's of Vice but also the creator.His story is a strange one dating back to the1900s when Hove first arrived on Earth. He was a teenager when he and his friends formed Vice. When they were discovered trespassing on enemy territory, they were shot at and William was severely injured. He was supposed to die due to his injuries but his father preserved him in a cryogenic state under Healex and vowed to save him. 80 years later, he was uncovered by Rhett Lazarus and discovered that due to the impact of Hova's crash all those years ago, he had developed self-healing abilities. He never found his father again and hence, decided there was nothing left to do but to finish what he had started. Though quite old, William still looks like a teenager but his mannerism are uite archaic. He enjoys reading old literature, drinking tea and doing crosswords. He is also, no doubt, a skilled fighter and is the only one River has yet to defeat.

RHETT LAZARUS jet black hair gelled back, brown eyes, scar across his left cheek, 5''9, aged 32
He had discovered William Templeton under one of his father's crumbling operahouses. They decided to form Vice when Rhett was only 17 years old. Rhett had been a rebel back then, already acting against the government and his own father who supported them. But after a run in with the government which killed his family along with close friends, he changed drastically. He matured, refusing to slack off anymore. he grew more serious and soon, Vice became his whole life. He is always ordering Keido around, even though he is his only family left, which resulted in Keido despising his brother and his ways. The accident had left the scar on his face and he kept it in order to remind himself of the night he lost it all. Although everyone in Vice detest his authoritarian style of control, they also respect him because without him, Vice couldn't be where it is today.
Choice of weapon: a dagger and a handgun hidden in his uniform

KEIDO LAZARUS shaggy, flaming red hair, freckles, sapphire blue eyes, slim and well-built, tattoo of a cross on his right collarbone, enjoys wearing suits with a pencil tie, 5''6, aged 18
Rhett's younger brother, he is a player and ladies man. He is constantly flirting with girls wherever he goes and sometimes getting in trouble for it. Although he is Rhett's apprentice, he is also the computer whiz of the organization and is usually working on the computer either sorting information or hacking into other mainframes. He tends to act obnoxious and chauvinistic but deep down, he's actually quite sensitive especially about his parents. Rhett doesn't allow him to go on missions which annoys Keido hence he goes out of his way to rebel against Rhett in any way possible. Their past is a touchy subject between the two and both prefer not to talk about it. He genuinely has strong feelings for Adriana but because of his reputation as a player he pretends to act chauvinistic. He's close to Destiny as he was her first friend when she came to Vice but disliked River when he came because he didn't trust him. Those feelings eventually subsided but he still harboured ill-feelings for the ex-Hova soldier.

OTHERS
BIANCA long auburn braided hair, turquoise eyes, petite frame, weair floor-length dresses, 5''5, aged 17 before death
She was River's childhood friend before he was inducted in the army. Once he joined Vice, he was reunited with her and she became his sweetheart. She always had a warm smile and was overall a good-natured, innocent young girl. She belonged to a religious family which owned the largest church in Healex: the Church of Torch. The government had destroyed every religious building in order to enforce that they were the only powerful God-like structure for their people. But they didn't touch the Church of Torch for it was supported by a very rich and prestigious man that also supported the Hova Project. However, once he died, there was no stopping the goverment from creating havoc there. They attacked the church when hundreds had congregated there to pray. Vice was alerted about these activities and rushed to help. Although they managed to arrive in time to prevent any further bloodbath, they were too late to save Bianca who was killed along with her parents. Heartbroken, River blamed himself for her death and because of his guilt, he cannot bring himself to move on.

SAMUEL TEMPLETON similar in appearance to his son but with amber eyes
Father of William Templeton, he family had been one of the few who had been exposed to the asteroid crash. In the event, his wife had died while he and his son were given powers: he had the gift of immortality while William had regenrating abilities. They managed to escape the government's killing spree of survivors and went into hiding. He didn't know of his son's radical actions until the day he walked in with a bullet wound that was killing him. He had previously been a scientist and used his skills to preserve his son, vowing to help save him. Hence he joined the Hova Project. While on a special project, along with Alicia Crescent, he vanished mysteriously along with his work. His whereabouts are still unknown.

ALICIA CRESCENT chestnut brown hair in a pixie cut, jade eyes, thin frame, 5''7, aged 26 before disappearance
One of the top scientists of the Hova Project, she paired with Samuel Templeton to carry out a special project linked to the main one. She is somehow connected to Destiny though reasons are unknown. She disappeared around the same time as Samuel Templeton while they were experimenting in her home in Tallow. She was a very gentle and kind person and very empathetic when it came to emotions and such.




VILLIANS
HOVA limbless pale body, bloody slit-like eyes, a sadistic smile, female, age unknown
Hova crashed on Earth in the early 1900s as an asteroid in Heathen City, the capital of Healex. When scientists took her in for observation they realzied that her entire body was like a goldmine of never-ending benefits. This discovery gave birth to the Hova Project in which Healex developed ways to use Hova in order to help them become a major superpower of the world. It is unclear as to why Hova crashed on Earth of all places. Hova has been studied to have a high IQ and her intentions for choosing Earth as her base cannot be for sympathetic reasons.

MONGUL ashblonde peachfuzz haircut, one red and one brown eye, tall and muscular, 5''8, aged 19
Like River, Mongul had been a Hova soldier. However, he had been sadistic and enjoyed kill for no reason. He always went out of his way to fight with River. Both had been locked in Diagon Asylum and tortured. He also doesn't remember why he was imprisoned but when Vice saved River, he accidently escaped as well along with a few other rogues like himself. He formed his own organization called Sin where each of his minions represented one of the Seven Deadly Sins. Each Sin was once a trained lethal weapon for the government also labelled as a Sin. Like Vice, Mongul wants to destroy the Hova Prject but that is only because he wants to embrace Hova and absord her powers.
Choice of weapon: a large doubled-edged battle axe

She has the power to shape-shift and manipulate people's dreams to whatever she pleases. She is very ambitious, always trying to please Mongul because she claims she loves him. She is the only one Mongul has allowed to call him by his first name. She also enjoys toying with River because she knows of his love for Bianca.

GREED messy green hair, yellow eyes, yellow shirt and baseball cap, blue jeans, male child
He has the ability to steal or 'borrow' powers and elements just by touching them. For example, if he touched a brick wall, his body would become hard like one making him invincible. He is the most sadistic Sin and resulted from a failed experiment in which he was almost fused to Hova as a child. It caused him to remain in his child-like form forever and to go slightly insane.

PRIDE purple mohawk, violet eyes, scarred face, white wife beater shirt and black ripped jeans, male
He has impenetrable skin making him indestructible. He is a skilled swordfighter and tends to carry a katana around. He isn't the brightest of the Sins but like his name, he is quite proud and thinks of himself as the best fighter which is not far from the truth.

ENVY spikey orange hair, green eyes, a cross necklace, long-sleeved black shirt with a green vest on top with black jeans, male
In the goverment, he was known as Greed and the previous Lust's twin brother. He has the ability to shoot sharp spikes from all over his body. He is the most diabolical and clever Sin. He detests the Lazarus family and wishes to avenge his brother by killing them.

SLOTH rice bowl baby blue haircut, light blue eyes, effeminate looks, flannel shirt and trousers, male
He is the laziest Sin even though he has the ability of superspeed. He doesn't mind being told what to do and when he is given an order he will follow it without complaint

WRATH wild red hair, one red eye and one covered by an eye patch, grey tank top, ripped stone-washed jeans, female
Her younger sister was the previous Wrath before she took her place. She has immanse strength which compliments her short-temper. She lost an eye when she rebelled against Mongul and hence has been wary of him. She somehow takes an interest in William Templeton though she refuses to acknowledge it. She is usually seen carrying a rifle as her weapon.

GLUTTONY bald, orange eyes, hooked nose, long black trenchcoat and black trousers, male
He has the ability to stretch himself as far as possible. True to his title, he will eat but that is not just limited to food alone. He can swallow inanimate objects and sometimes people if ordered to by Mongul. He is the silent type compared to his comrades but he is quite sadistic when it comes to fighting. He does not have any weapons and instead prefers to squeeze his victims to death.
